At Daninas, we want you to love every purchase, and we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Here's a friendly guide to our Returns and Exchanges policy:

Return Policy

If the product does not seems to be fit or if you find the quality is below the standard , you may request for return with in 24 hours, we will arrange to pick up for free.

Exchange Policy:

If your purchase isn't living up to your expectations, Dont worry  ! You have a 24 hours window from the day your order arrives to exchange it.  If you can't make it to our store, simply drop our customer service team a note at Daninafashions@gmail.com, whatsapp or  call at +971 56 6091367 within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we'll arrange a pick-up. 

For the exchange to be a smooth sail, the item must be in its original, unworn condition.

Refund Policy:

Regrettably, we don't offer a refund policy. However, if your item arrives damaged, we're here to make it right! Snap a picture of the damaged item and shoot it over to us via email immediately. No exchange or refund is possible if the price tags is torn or lost or the product has lost its original charm or worn out.

  1.   1  Time is of the Essence: Exchanges or returns are only accepted within 24 hours  of receiving your order.
       2 Return Condition: Returned goods are only accepted if they're in the same fabulous condition as we sent them to you. Our friendly Customer Care team will give them a once-over.

Cancellation Policy:

As we believe  in our quality and confident about the prodcut , you can cancel the order even after viewing the product during the delivery time.
